Bartercard Terms and Conditions
- Availability: Bartercard payments are accepted for hires between May and September, excluding school holidays.
- Covered Costs: You can use Bartercard to pay for the vehicle hire cost and the cleaning fee only.
- Additional Add-Ons: All extra services and products, including excess reduction options, bedding, and more, must be paid in NZD.
- Security Bond: A bond is required and will be held on a credit/debit card in NZD. In the event of any damage, charges will also be processed in NZD.
- Booking Confirmation: To secure your booking, full Bartercard payment must be made upfront. Please note that this payment is non-refundable.
- Payment Schedule for Add-Ons: The balance for any NZD add-ons is due 14 days prior to the commencement of your hire.
